The Greater Manchester Leadership Hive and BGH Match were proud to present the Business Leaders Roundtable event, taking place Thursday 24th November, in Manchester City Centre. This event brought together business leaders from across Greater Manchester to discuss current business challenges and how we can work together to achieve solutions.
It was started smoothly with a short speech from Anne-Mane Jones, Director, Commercial Banking at Nat West and Nick Shepherd, Business Development and Partnerships Manager at GC Business Growth Hub, followed by an inspirational talk from Jon Nowell, Director of Small Business and Fibre for Every Business at Talk Talk Business.
Jon gave the business leaders some tips on thinking between short-term & long-term goals, how to be an excellent leader to manage the teams and why keeping your service level to a good standard is essential.
"As a leader, give yourself some time to think about ‘Where you want to be."
We'd like to take the time to thank Andy Hall from Moderado Limited who facilitated the discussion and encouraged the business leaders to have an open and fruitful sharing session.
