The training program of expert-led workshops is tailored to help you improve productivity and internal developmental opportunities within your team, addressing individual needs within your business’s organisational framework.

Who is it for?  
The programme is designed for any SME based in Greater Manchester that is looking to grow its business by developing its people strategy. It is an incredibly valuable resource for SMEs that do not have a designated HR function or an individual responsible for personnel development within the business. 
 
What does the programme includes? 
The Workforce Development Programme includes a series of online interactive workshops, all designed by our experts to give you and your staff the best chance of success.  

What will you expect after attending the programme? 

The programme will equip leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to be more effective in their roles. They will learn how to lead their teams, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.

This workshop will introduce you to the Leadership Hive Mentoring programme and show you how it can add value to your business. The workshop is suitable for clients who would like to be a mentor or access a mentor for themselves or their senior management team. 

Organisational Change – Staying Ahead of the Curve

14 June | 9:30am - 11:30am 

With continued economic challenges for businesses, this workshop will explore how business leaders can stay ahead of the change race. You will learn by understanding the impact of change and adapting your business practices with positivity, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset. You will leave with practical tips to help you embrace and navigate change confidently.

5 July | 09:30am - 12:30pm 

Setting goals and targets for your team is one thing, but getting them to consistently deliver results can be challenging. This interactive session will help you identify how to help your employees perform at their best, individually and collectively. You will also learn about the common barriers to performance and how to overcome them. After this workshop, we hope your employees will “give off their best willingly and consistently”.

Eligibility

Our Workshops are part-funded by European Regional Development Fund. They are delivered free of charge to participants; however, as they are fully-funded, they are classed as state aid to participating businesses and are subject to state aid rules and the associated eligibility criteria:

  • Greater Manchester Clients Only
  • SME: Small or medium enterprise i.e. less than 250 (Full Time Equivalent) employees
  • Annual Turnover less than 50 Million Euro OR Balance Sheet less than 43 million Euro

Again, it’s fully-funded, which means the programme is provided at no cost to your business.
